    ٢٢٦٣ - (ت ٨٦٢ هـ): داوُد بن محمد بن إبراهيم بن شَدَّاد بن المُبَارَك، النَّجْديُّ الأصل، الرَّبِيْعيُّ النَّسب، الحَمَوي المَوْلد، الحنبليُّ، المعروف بالبَلَّاعِيِّ. ذكره ابن العماد (¬١) وقال: هو منسوبٌ إلى بَلْدة البلاعة، الفقيه الفَرَضِيُّ، أخذ العِلْم عن قاضي القُضاة علاءِ الدِّين بن المُغلِيِّ، وكانت له يدٌ طُولى في الفرائض والحِسَاب، ومن تلامذته الأعيان من قضاة طَرَابُلسَ وغيرِها، وتوفي بحَمَاة، سنة اثنتينِ وستَّين وثمان مئة تقريبًا. انتهى.
