    ٢٢٥٣ - (ت ٨٦٠ هـ): عمر بن محمد المدعو مظفر بن أبي بكر، التُرْكمانيُّ الأصل، القَاهريُّ الحنبلي المقرئ، يعرف بابن مُظَفَّر. ذكره السخاويُّ في "الضَّوء" (¬٣)، وقال: قرأ على أبيه وغيره غالب الروايات، وكانت بيده وظائف، فتنزل في صوفيَّة الأشرفيَّة الحنابلة من الوقف، وفي خانقاه بَعْلَبَكَّ وغيرهما، وأخذ عنه التَّاج عبد الوهَّاب بن الشرف، ورام أخذ الأشرفية بَعْده، فلم يتمكَّن لكونه شَافعيًّا. ومات قريبَ سنةِ ستِّين وثمان مئة إمَّا قبلها أو بعدها. انتهى.
