٢٢٢٣ - (ت ٨٥٢ هـ): محمد بن أحمد بن موسى بن طَرخان شمس الدين بن شهاب الدين بن ضياء الدين القاهِري، البَحْري، الحنبلي. قال السَّخاوي في "الضوء" (¬٢): يعرف بابن الضِّياء، ولد في سابع صفر سنةَ سبعٍ وسبعين وسبع مئة بالقاهرة، ونشأ بها، وتكسَّب بالشهادة، وكان نيِّر الشَّيْبَة، حسنَ الهيئة، مات في شهر رجب سنة اثنتين وخمسين وثمان مئة. انتهى.
