٢٢١٦ - (ت ٨٥١ هـ): أبو بكر بنُ عليٍّ بن محمدٍ بنِ عليٍّ المعروف بابن الحريري، الحنبلي. قال السخاوي في "التبر المسبوك" (¬١)، و"الضوء اللامع" (¬٢): هو فقيهٌ من أهل دمشقَ، رحل إلى القاهرة، ومكةَ، وناب في القضاء بدمشق، وأفتى، ودرَّسَ إلى أنْ توفي سنة إحدى وخمسينَ وثمان مئة، وكانت ولادته سنةَ سبعٍ وسبعين وسبع مئة، وله مصنفات منها: "تخريج المحرر في حديث النبي المطهر" اثنا عشر مجلدًا في "شرح المحرر" لابن عبد الهادي. انتهى.
