    ٢١٢٧ - (ت ٨٢٨ هـ): القاضي فخر الدين أبو عمرو عثمان بن الشيخ الإِمام شهاب الدين أحمد بن عثمان الحنبلي. تعليق: ذكره صاحب "الأنس الجليل" (¬٣) فقال: باشر الحكم بالقُدس الشَّريف سنة تسعٍ وثمان مئة، والظَّاهر أنه كان نائبًا عن قاضي القضاة عز الدين البَغْدادي، وبقي إلى بعد العشرين وثمان مئة، ولم أطَّلع على تاريخ وفاته.انتهى. وذكره السَّخَاوِي في "الضوء" وقال: إنه توفي سنة ثمان وعشرين وثمان مئة.
