٢١٢٤ - (ت ٨٢٦ هـ): أحمد بن عثمان بن يوسف، الخَرْبَتَاوي الحنبلي البَعْلي. ذكره السَّخَاوِي في "الضَّوء" (¬١)، وقال: ذكره شيخنا ابن حجر في "إنبائه" وقال: ولد سنة إحدى وسبعين وسبع مئة، واشتغل على ابن اليونانية، والعماد ابن يعقوب وسمع عليهما، وولي قضاء بَعْلَبَكَّ، ثم قدم دمشق، وكان فاضلًا في الفقه وغيره، وعنده سكونٌ وانجماعٌ وعفةٌ. مات مطعونًا في جمادى الأولى، سنة ست وعشرين وثمان مئة. انتهى.
