٢٠٤١ - (ت ٨٠٣ هـ): داود بن أحمد بن علي بن حمزة نجم الدين، البُقاعي الدمشقي، الحنبلي الشاهد.قال السَّخَاوي في "الضَّوء" (¬١): ولد بعد العشرين وسبع مئة، وقيل: سنة أربعٍ وعشرين، وسمع على الحَجَّار، وحدَّث. مات في شعبان، سنة ثلاثٍ وثمان مئة، قاله ابن حَجَر في "معجمه"، وتبعه المقريزي في "عقوده". انتهى. وذكره ابن فَهْد المكِّي (¬٢) وأرخه كما هنا.
