١٩٥١ - (ت ٨٠٠ هـ): علي بن محمد بن محمد بن المُنَجَّا بن محمد بن عثمان الحنبلي، التَّنُوخي، قاضي الشام، علاء الدين بن صلاح الدين بن زين الدين. قال ابن العماد (¬٢): تقدم في العلم إلى أنْ صار أمثلَ فقهاءِ الحنابلة في عصره، مع الفضل والصَّيانة، والديانة والأمانة، وناب عن ابن قاضي الجبل، ثم استقل بالقضاء سنة ثمان وثمانين وسبع مئة، بعد موت ابن التقي، ثم صرف مرارًا وأعيد إلى أنْ مات في رجب بالطَّاعون سنة ثمان مئة بمنزله بالصَّالحية بدمشق. انتهى. وذكره ابن عبد الهادي (¬٣).
