    ١٩٤٣ - (ت ٧٩٩ هـ): إسماعيل بن عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر بن أيوب الزرعي الأصل، ثم الدمشقي، الحنبلي، عماد الدين، أبو الفداء بن الشيخ زين الدين المعروف بابن قيم الجوزية. قال ابن العماد (¬٣): كان من الأفاضل، واقتنى كتبًا نفيسةً، وهي كتب عمَّه الشيخ شمس الدين بن القيم، وكان لا يبخل بعاريتها، توفي يوم السبت خامس عشري رجب سنة تسعٍ وتسعين وسبع مئة. انتهى. وذكره ابن عبد الهادي (¬٤) في ذيله.
