    ١٩٢٩ - (ت ٧٩٦ هـ): أحمد بن موسى بن فيَّاض بن عبد العزيز بن فيَّاض المقدسي، شهاب الدين، أبو العَبَّاس، الحنبلي، قاضي حلب، وابن قاضيها. قال ابن حجر في "الدرر" (¬٤): خرج له أبوه من القضاء باختياره سنة أربع وسبعين وسبع مئة، فباشره إلى أن مات في شعبان سنةَ ستًّ وتسعين وسبع مئة، وكان عادلًا، عالمًا، ديَّنًا، خيَّرًا، متواضعًا كثير السكوت، محمودَ السَّيْرَة، مشكورًا في أحكامه، وكان كثيرَ التزويج. انتهى.
