    ١٩١٣ - (ت ٧٩١ هـ): علي بن أحمد بن محمد بن التقي سليمان بن حمزة المقدسي، ثم الصَّالحي، الحنبلي، فخر الدين. قال ابن العماد (¬٤): ولد سنة أربعين وسبع مئة، وسمع الكثير، ولازم ابنَ مفلح، وتفقَّه عنده، وخطب بالجامع المظفري، وكان أديبًا، ناظمًا، ناثرًا، منشئًا، له خطب حسان، ونظم كثير، وتعاليق في فنونٍ، وكان لطيفَ الشمائل، توفي في جمادى الآخرة سنة إحدى وتسعين وسبع مئة. انتهى.وذكره ابن عبد الهادي (¬١).
