    ١٨٧٨ - (ت ٧٨١ هـ): عمر بن عبد الله بن محمد بن المحب المقدسي، الحنبلي، أحد الإخوة. قال ابن حجر في "الدرر" (¬٣): ولد سنة ثمان وعشرين وسبع مئة واعتنى به أبوه، فأسمعه الكثير من شيوخ عصره، وجمع له ثبتًا، وقد حدث عن ابن الرَّضِي وحبيبة، وبنت الزين، وزينب بنت الجمال، والجزري وغيرهم، مات في شهر رجب سنة إحدى وثمانين وسبع مئة. انتهى. وذكره ابن عبد الهادي (¬٤).
