    ١٨٤١ - (ت ٧٧٣ هـ): الحسن بن أحمد بن الحسن بن عبد الله بنعبد الغني، المقدسي، الحنبلي، بدر الدين. قال ابن العماد (¬١): سمع من سليمان بن حمزة وغيره، وتفقه، وبرع، وأفتى، وأمَّ بمحراب الحنابلة بجامع دمشق، توفي بالصَّالحية ثامن عشري شعبان سنة ثلاث وسبعين وسبع مئة. انتهى. وذكره ابن حجر في "الدُّرر" (¬٢) وقال: هو بدر الدين أبو علي الحنبلي، أخو التقي عبد الله بن أحمد بن الشرف بن الحافظ ثم ذكر نحو ما تقدم، وذكره ابن عبد الهادي (¬٣).
