١٦٠٣ - (ت ٧٣٥ هـ): أحمد بن عبد الله بن عبد الغني الدُّرَيْبي الحنبلي. قال ابن حَجَر في "الدُّرَر" (¬٤): ذكره الذَّهَبيُّ في "المعجم المختصِّ" فقال: هو الفقيه المحدِّث، أبو الطاهر البَعْلي الحنبلي، ولد سنة ستٍّ وسبعين وست مئة، وسمعَ من التَّاج، وابن الكِنْدي واليُوْنيني، وطلب وتَنَبَّه، وجلس مؤدِّبًا، ومات سنة خمسٍ وثلاثين وسبع مئة. انتهى.
