١٥٨٧ - (ت ٧٣٣ هـ): عمر بن عبيد الله بن أحمد بن عمر بن محمد بن أحمد بن قدامة، المَقْدِسِيُّ الصالحي الحنبلي.قال ابن حَجَر في "الدُّرَر" (¬١): ولد في رمضان سنة ثلاثٍ وستين وست مئة، وأُحضر على ابن عبد الدائم، وسمع من فاطمة بنت الملك المحسن، وحدَّث. سمع منه الذَّهَبِي والبِرْزالي، وذكراه في "معجميهما"، والعماد أبو بكر بن الكميت، وخرَّج له ابن سَعْد "مشيخةً"، وخدم الشيخ شمس الدين ابن أبي عمر، ومات في جمادى الآخرة، سنة ثلاثٍ وثلاثين وسبع مئة.
