١٥٧١ - (ت ٧٣١ هـ): محمد بن عثمان بن موسى بن عبد الله بن محمد الآمدي الأصل، المكي، أبو الفضل، جمال الدين الحنبلي. قال ابن حجر في "الدُّرر" (¬٣): ولد بمكة سنة تسع وخمسين وست مئة، وسمع من أبيه ومن جماعة، وحَدَّث. سمع منه الأقشهري، وكان إمامَ مقامِ الحنابلة بمكة، واستقر بعد أبيه، وناب في الحكم عن قاضي مكة، ومات في عاشر جمادى الآخرة سنة إحدى وثلاثين وسبع مئة. انتهى. وذكره ابن رجب (¬٤) في ترجمة والده المتقدم سنة أربعٍ وسبعين وست مئة وقال:كان إمامًا، عالمًا، دَيِّنًا، وله رحلة إلى بغداد، أدرك فيها عبد الصَّمد بن أبي الجيش وغيره، وحَدَّث، وروى عنه جماعة من شيوخنا المكيين. انتهى.
