١٥٢٠ - (ت ٧٢٤ هـ): عبد الرحمن بن إسماعيل بن عبد الرحمن بن عمرو الفَرَّاء، الدمشقي، الحنبلي، عفيف الدين. قال ابن حجر في "الدُّرر" (¬١): ولد سنة ثمانٍ وأربعين وست مئة، وأُسْمِعَ على محمد بن إسماعيل خطيب مردا، ومات سنة أربعٍ وعشرين وسبع مئة في مستهل شَوَّال. انتهى.
