١٤٨٤ - (ت ٧١٨ هـ): عبد الغني بن عروة بن عبد الصمد بن عثمان، الرَّسْعَني الحنبلي. قال ابن حَجَر في "الدُّرَر" (¬١): ولد سنة بضعٍ وثلاثين وست مئة، وسمع من عبد الرزاق الرَّسْعَني وغيره، وكان لطيف المزاج، كثير المزاح، خفيف الروح، يتردَّد إلى أعيان دمشق من نائبها الأفرم إلى من دونه. ومات في جمادى الآخرة سنة ثمان عشرة وسبع مئة. انتهى.
