١٤٤١ - (ت ٧١٠ هـ): محمَّد بن أحمد بن بدر بن مسمع، البَعْلَبَكِّي ثم الدمشقي، الحنبلي. قال ابن حَجَر في "الدُّرَر" (¬٣): ولد سنة اثنتين وأربعين وست مئة، وسمع من ابن عبد الدائم، وسافر إلى بغداد لاستنقاذ ولده من أسر التَّتار، وحدَّث بها، وكان ديَّنا مواظبًا على قراءة القرآن، مات في جمادى الأولى، سنة عشر وسبع مئة. انتهى.
