١٤٢٤ - (ت ٧٠٨ هـ): يوسف بن محمَّد بن إسماعيل العَزَازي، بفتح العين المهملة وتخفيف الزاي وآخره مثلها، الحنبلي.ذكره ابن حجر في "الدُّرَر" (¬١) وقال: ولد سنة سبعٍ وثلاثين وست مئة، وأسر في الوَقْعَة العُظْمى مع التَّتار ثم خلص، وقدم دمشق فقطنها، وسمع من الكمال ابن عبد وغيره، وكان يحفظ كثيرًا من شعر الصَّرْصَرِيِّ، وينشده بنغمة طيَّبةٍ، وصوت شَجِيٍّ، وهو الذي شهره بدمشق. ومات في صفر سنة ثمانٍ وسبع مئة، ذكره البرزالي. انتهى.
