    ١٣٧٤ - (ت ٧٠١ هـ): عبد الرحمن بن سليمان بن عبد العزيز بن المجلخ، الحَرَّاني البغداديُّ الحنبليُّ، مفيد الدين الضرير أبو محمَّد. قال في "الدُّرَر" (¬٢): سمع من المجد ابن تيمية، وفضل ابن الجِيْلي وغيرهما، وتفقه، وتقدم إلى أن صار عين الحنابلة ببغداد في زمانه، ومهر في الفقه والعربية والحديث. قرأ عليه الدَّقُّوقي وجماعة، ومات أول القرن. انتهى. وذكره ابن رجب (¬٣) وقال: هو معيد الحنابلة بالمستنصرية، وبلغني أنه توفي سنة سبع مئة. وكذا ابن العماد (¬٤) أرَّخه سنة سبع مئة.
