    ١٣٤١ - (ت ٦٩٦ هـ): محمَّد بن حازم بن حامد بن حسن المقدسي، الحنبلي، شمس الدين أبو عبد الله. قال ابن العماد (¬٣): سمع من ابن صَصْري، والنَّاصح بن الحنبلي، وابن الزبيدي، وابن عساكر، والضِّياء الحافظ وأكثر عنه، وكانَ فقيهًا، فاضلًا، عابدًا، توفي في ذي الحجة سنة ستٍّ وتسعين وستَّ مئة بنابُلُس في رجوعه من زيارة المسجد الأقصى وهو في عشر الثمانين انتهى. وذكره ابن رجب (¬٤) وقال: كان كثير الذكر حسنَ السَّمْت، فقيهًا، فاضلًا، عابدًا، وحَدَّث بالكثير انتهى.
