١٣٠٩ - (ت ٦٨٥ هـ): إسماعيل بن جمعة بن عبد الرزاق، جمال الدين، أبو إسحاق، القاضي، الحنبلي، قاضي سَامَرَّاء. قال ابن العماد (¬٢): كان فاضلًا، أديبًا، له نظمٌ حسنٌ، سمع من الشيخ جمال الدين عبد الرحمن بن طَلْحَة بن غانم العَلْثِي "فضائلَ القُدْس" لابن الجَوْزِي بسماعه منه، وأجاز لغير واحدٍ، وتوفي في جمادى الأُولى سنة خمسٍ وثمانينَ وست مئة. انتهى. وذكره ابنُ رجب (¬٣) بمثله.
