١٢٩٦ - (ت ٦٨٣ هـ): محمّد بن عبد الوليّ بن جُبارَة بن عبد الوَليّ، المقدسِيّ، الفقيه الحنبلي، تقيُّ الدِّين. قال ابنُ العماد (¬٤): سمع بدمشق، من أبي القاسم بن صَصْرى، وغيره. وببغداد، من أبي الحَسن القَطِيْعِيّ، وطبقته. وكان فاضلًا مُتقنًا، مُتفَنِّنًا صالحًا. وهو والدُ الشَّيخ شهاب الدِّين أحمد بن جُبارة. وتوفي في ذي الحجة، سَنة ثلاث وثَمانين وستِّ مئة، بسَفْح قاسِيُون، ودُفن به. انتهى. وذكره ابنُ رجب (¬٥) بنحوه.
