    ١٢١٨ - (ت ٦٥١ هـ): علي بن عبد الرحمن، البغدادي، البَابَصْرِي، الفقيه الحنبلي، أبو الحسن، مُوَفَّق الدَّين. قال ابن العماد (¬١): سمع مع أبيه من أبي العبَّاس أحمد بن أبي الفتح بن صِرْما، وغيره. وتفقَّه في المذهب، وكان معيدًا للحنابلة بالمُسْتَنْصِرِيَّةِ. وتوفي في شعبان، سنة إحدى وخمسين وست مئة ببغداد. ودفن بباب حرب. انتهى. وذكره ابنُ رجب (¬٢)، وقال: ذكره الحُسَيني. وأظنُّه ابن البردوي الواعظ المتقدِّم.
