    ١١١٧ - (ت ٦٢٢ هـ): يعيشُ بنُ مالكٍ بنِ هبةِ الله بنِ رَيْحَان الأَنْبَارِي، ثم البغدادي، الفقيه، الحنبلي، الزَّاهد، أبو المكارم. قال ابن العماد (¬٢): ولد سنة إحدى وأربعين وخمس مئة تقريبًا، وسمع من ابن الدَّجَاجي، وصَدَقَةَ بنِ الحُسَيْن، وأبي زُرْعَة المَقْدِسي، وآخرين. قال المنذري: كان من فضلاءِ الفقهاء، مُتَدَيَّنًا، معتزلًا عن النَّاس، ولنا منه إجازَةٌ، وتوفي ليلة الخميس خامس عشري ذي الحجة سنة اثنتين وعشرين وست مئة، ودُفِنَ من الغد بباب حرب. انتهى. وذكره ابن رجب (¬٣) بأبسط مما هنا.
