١١١٦ - (ت ٦٢٢ هـ): عمرو بن رافع بن عُلوان، الزَّرْعي، الحنبلي. قال ابن العماد (¬٥): قال ناصح الدين بن الحنبلي: قَدِمَ من زرع في عشر الستين،وهو ابنُ نَيَّفٍ وعشرينَ سنة، ونزل عندنا في المدرسة هو ورفيقٌ له، واشتغلوا على والدي، وسمعوا دَرْسَهُ وحافظوا كتاب "الإِيضاح" وكان هذا الفقيه الحنبلي عمرو يحفظ كثيرًا وسريعًا، وعمل الفرائض فأسرع في معرفتها، ورحل إلى حران وأقام بها مدة يشتغل، ثم رجع إلى دمشق ثم إلى زرع، وأقام بها يفتي ثم أضَرَّ في آخر عمره، ومات بزرع سنة اثنتين وعشرين وست مئة انتهى. وذكره ابن رجب (¬١) بنحوه.
