١٠٥١ - (ت ٦٠٨ هـ): أسباه مير بن محمد بن نعمان الحرَّاني، الفقيه الحنبلي، أبو عبد الله. قال ابن العماد (¬٣): تفقَّه ببغداد على عبد القادر الجِيْلي ونزل عنده، ولازم الاشتغال بمدرسته إلى آخر عمره، وسمع من ابن المادِح، وحدَّث عنه باليسير، وعُمِّر، وسمع منه ابن القَطِيْعي وجماعة، وكان أصابه صَمَمٌ شديدٌ في آخر عمره. قال ابن النجَّار: كان شيخًا صالحًا مشتغلًا بالعلم والخير، مع علو سِنِّه، وأظنُّهُ ناطح المئة. قال ابن رجب: توفي ليلة الجمعة، حادي عشري ربيع الأول سنة ثمانٍ وست مئة، ودفن بباب حرب. انتهى. وذكره ابن رجب (¬٤) بنحوه.
