٩٧٨ - (ت ٥٩١ هـ): عبد المؤمن بن عبد الغالب بن محمد بن طاهر بن خليفة بن محمد بن حمدان، الشيباني، البغدادي، الوَرَّاق، الفقيه الحنبلي. قال ابن العماد (¬٣): ولد في شهر ربيع الآخر سنة سبعَ عَشْرَةَ وخَمْسِ مئة، وسَمِعَ ببغدادَ من القاضي أبي بكر بن عبد الباقي وابن الطَّلَّايَة وابن الزَّاغُوني، وغيرهم، وبهمذان من أبي الخير بن الباغْبان، وغيره، وحدَّث، وسَمِعَ منه جماعة منهم ابن القَطِيْعي وقال: كان له صلاحٌ ودينٌ زائد، وروى عنه ابن خليل الحافظ وغيرُه، وتوفي يوم عرفة سنة إحدى وتسعين وخمس مئة، ودفن بباب حرب انتهى. وقد ذكره ابن رجب في "طبقاته" (¬٤).
