٩٦٣ - (ت ٥٨٨ هـ): علي بن مكي بن جرَّاح بن علي، البغدادي، الفقيه، الحنبلي، أبو الحسن، الزاهد. قال ابن العماد (¬٣): تفقَّه على أبي الفتح بن المَنِّيّ وأبي يعلى بن أبي خازم، وبرع في الفقه، وأفتى، وناظر، وكان زاهدًا، عابدًا. وتوفي في حادي عشر صفر سنة ثمانٍ وثمانين وخمس مئة. ودفن بمقبرة باب حَرْب ببغداد. انتهى. وذكره ابن رجب (¬٤) بنحوه.
