٨٥٤ - (ت ٥٤٦ هـ): علي بن محمد بن أبي يَعلى الفرَّاء، أبو الفرج بن أبي خازم. ذكره ابن رجب (¬٢) وقال: توفي سنة ست وأربعين وخمس مئة، حدَّث بإجازته من العاصمي، وأبي الفضل بن خَيْرون، وابن الطُّيُوري، وغيرهم. وسمع منه ابنه عبد الله بن علي، وأبو العباس القَطِيْعي الفقيه، والحسين بن مهجل وغيرهم، وتولى القضاء. وتوفي ليلة الأحد ثاني عشر رمضان من السنة المذكورة. انتهى.
