٨٣٧ - المبارك بن عبد الملك بن الحسين، البغدادي الحَرِيْمي، الفقيه الإِمام الحنبلي، أبو علي المعروف بابن القاضي. ذكره ابن رجب (¬٤) هنا، ولم يذكر وفاته، وقال: تفقَّه في المذهب وبرع فيه، وسمع في حال كِبَرِهِ من غير واحد، وكان من أكابر الفقهاء، تفقّه عليه جماعةٌ، ولا أعلم سنة وفاته، وله ابن يقال له: أبو منصور عبد الملك، وستأتي ترجمته سنة تسعٍ وست مئة إن شاء الله تعالى.
