    ٦١٨ - (ت ٣٥٣ هـ): بكَّار بن أحمد البغدادي المقرئ الحنبلي. قال ابن العماد (¬٣): هو شيخ المقرئين في زمانه، قرأ على جماعة من أصحاب الدُّوري، وسمع من عبد الله بن أحمد بن حنبل، وتوفي في ربيع الأول سنة ثلاث وخمسين وثلاث مئة. انتهى.وذكره ابن الجزري في "الغاية" (¬١) فقال: بكَّار بن أحمد بن بكَّار بن بَنَان بن بكَّار بن زياد بن درستويه، أبو عيسى البغدادي، يعرف ببكارة المقرئ، ثقة مشهور، ولد سنة خمس وسبعين ومئتين. ثم ذكر له ترجمة حافلة جدًا.
