٢١ - (ت ٢٢٣ هـ): أحمد بن الحكم: أبو بكر الأحول. ذكره ابن الجوزي (¬٦) فيمن نقل عن أحمد، وسمَّاه أحمد. وذكره النَّابلسي (¬٧) في المُحمَّدين فقال: محمد بن الحكم الأحول. قال الخلَّال: كان قد سمع من أبي عبد الله، ومات قبل أبي عبد الله بثمان عشرة سنة، ولا أعلم أحدًا أشدَّ فهمًا منه فيما سئل بمناظرة واحتجاج، ومعرفة وحفظ. وكان أبوعبد الله يبوح له بالشيء من الفتيا لا يبوح به لكل أحد، وكان خاصًّا بأبي عبد الله، وكان له فهم شديد وعلم. وتوفي سنة ثلاث وعشرين ومئتين. انتهى. وذكره العليمي (¬١) وعدَّه في الحنابلة.
