والمنسوب: أبو الفضل عبد القادر بن عبد الخالق بن عبد الرحمن بن قاسم بن الفضل النوقدي. كان إماما فاضلا، سمع ببخارى أبا بكر محمد بن علي بن حيدر الجعفري، وبمكة أبا عبد الله الحسن بن علي الطبري، وغيرهما. سمع منه أبو حفص عمر بن محمد بن أحمد النسفي. مات سنة (٥٢٧). ونوقد خرداخن: بضم الخاء المعجمة، وراء ساكنة، وبعد الألف خاء أخرى.
