والمنسوب: أبو القاسم عمران بن موسى بن حميد يعرف بابن الطيب المليجي. روى عن يحيى بن عبد الله بن بكير وعمرو بن خالد ومهدي بن جعفر. روى عنه أبو سعيد بن يونس، وأبو بكر النقاش المقرئ، البغدادي. مات بمصر في سنة (٢٧٥). وعبد السلام بن وهيب المليجي. كان من قضاة مصر، وكان عارفا باختلاف الفقهاء متكلما (٣).
