والمنسوب: أبو صادق المديني، المصري إليها ينسب؛ لأنه كان إمام مسجد الجامع وكان منزله في هذا الموضع (١). والحسن بن يوسف بن أبي ظبية أبو علي المصري، القاضي، منسوب إلى مدينة مصر. من شيوخه: هشام بن عمّار، سمع منه بدمشق، وأحمد بن صالح المصري، وعمرو بن ثور القيسراني. من تلاميذه: علي بن عمر الحربي، ومحمد بن المظفر، وأبو بكر المفيد. وذكره الخطيب فقال: الحسن بن يوسف أبو علي المديني، ثم قال: الحسن بن أبي ظبية القاضي المصري، وفرّق بين الترجمتين وجعلهما رجلين وهما رجل واحد (٢).
