والمنسوب: أبو أحمد عيسى بن الحسين بن الربيع الكسبوي، مصنف كتاب البستان. من شيوخه: أبو سعد الإدريسي، والإمام أبو بكر محمد بن محمد بن أبي محمد واسمه عبدالملك بن محمد بن محمد بن سليمان بن قريش الكسبوي، من بيت علمكلّ منهم يروي الحديث عن أبيه، وكان من الأئمة والعلماء، وكان أبو بكر فاضلا مناظرا، وتوفي بكسبة سنة (٤٩٤) ومولده سنة (٤٣٩) في صفر (١).
