والمنسوب: أبو محمد عبد الله بن علي بن سعيد القيسراني، القصري. سكن حلب، وكان فقيها فاضلا، حسن الكلام في المسائل. من شيوخه: على أبي الحسن الكيا الهرّاسي، وأبو بكر الشاشي، تفقه عليهما بالعراق في النظامية مدة، وعلّق المذهب والخلاف والأصول على أسعد الميهني، وأبي الفتح بن برهان، وسمع الحديث من أبي القاسم بن بيان، وأبي علي بن نبهان، وأبي طالب الزينبي. وارتحل إلى دمشق وعمل بها حلقة المناظرة بالجامع، ثم انتقل إلى حلب فبنى له ابن العجمي بها مدرسة، درّس بها إلى أن مات في سنة (٥٤٣) أو (٥٤٤) مات بحلب سنة (٥٤٢) (٤).
