والمنسوب: أبو علي الحسن بن محمد ابن الحسن، الفنجكردي، الفقيه الأديب. من شيوخه: أبو عمرو بن مطر، وأبو علي حامد بن محمد الرفّاء. من تلاميذه: أبو الحسن عبد الرحمن بن محمد بن المظفر بن محمد بن داود الداودي. مات ببوشنج سنة (٣٩٩). وأحمد بن عمر بن أحمد ابن عليّ أبو حامد الفنجكردي، الطوسي.من شيوخه: أبو بكر بن خلف الشيرازي، وأبو المظفر موسى بن عمران الصوفي (١)، وأبو القاسم عبد الرحمن بن أحمد الواحدي. مات بنيسابور في آخر يوم من المحرم سنة (٥٣٤) (٢).
