والمنسوب: أبو محمد سعد بن محمد بن أبي عبيد الدستجردي، ولد سنة (٤٧٧) كان صوفيّا فقيها صالحا، ولي الخطابة والوعظ بقريته، روى الحديث وسمعه. من شيوخه: أبو الفتح عبد الله بن محمد بن أردشير الهشامي، وأبو منصور محمد بن إسمعيل اليعقوبي، وأبو منصور محمد بن عليّ بن محمود الكراعي. سمع منه أبو سعد، ومات بدستجرد في شهر رمضان سنة (٥٥٢) (١).
