والمنسوب: الشريف حمزة بن عليّ بن المحسن بن محمد بن جعفر بن موسى الخيلامي. من ولد أبي بكر الصديق ﵁، كان فقيها فاضلا. من شيوخه: القاضي أبي نصر أحمد بن عبد الرحمن بن إسحاق الرّيغذموني.من تلاميذه: عمر بن محمد بن أحمد النسفي، مات بسمرقند، في ذي الحجة سنة (٥٢٣) (١).
