والمنسوب: أحمد بن محمد الخوزاني، شاعر. روى عنه شعرا أبو رجاء هبة الله بن محمد بن عليّ الشيرازي. ومحمد بن عليّ بن محمد المعلّم أبو سحمة الصوفي (١)، الخوزاني. من أهل مرو، كان شيخا فقيرا صالحا. من شيوخه: أبو الفتح عبد الرزاق بن حسان المنيعي، وسمع منه أبو سعد بالدرق، وكانت ولادته في حدود سنة (٤٧٠) ومات في سنة (٥٣٢) أو (٥٣٣) (٢).
