والمنسوب: السمعاني نصر بن محمد الختلي. الفقيه الحنفي، شارح كتاب القدوري، على مذهب أبي حنيفة، كان من قرية يقال لها: قراسو من محلة خم ميانه، من قرى ختلان، كذا كتبه بعض الفقهاء الحنفية وكان من ختلان، وذكر أن النسبة إليها الختلي (٢). (٨٢٤) النسبة: الختّلي، نسبة على الخُتَّل: بضم أوله، وتشديد ثانيه وفتحه، أول كورة (٣) على جيحون من وراء النهر، نسب إليها قوم من أهل العلم.
