والمنسوب: محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن محمد بن يحيى بن حمدان المعروف بالعجلي أبو عبد الله الخاني، سكن خان لنجان. من شيوخه: الطبراني، وأبو الشيخ، وطبقتهما، ومات سنة (٤٢٣). وأبو أحمد محمد بن عبد كويه الخاني، الأصبهاني، وكان رجلا صالحا، من وجوه هذه البلدة، ورد أصبهان وحدث بها عن البغداديين، والأصبهانيين، ومات سنة (٤٠٦) (٢).
