والمنسوب: المشهور أبو إسحاق إبراهيم بن محمد الخالداباذي. المروزي، كان إمام الدّنيا في عصره: صنّف الأصول، وشرح المختصر للمزني، وقصده الناسمن البلاد، وانتشر عنه علم الفقه، وخرج من عنده سبعون من مشاهير العلماء، وكان يدرّس ببغداد ثم انتقل عنها إلى مصر، فأجلس مجلس الشافعي في حلقته، واجتمع الناس عليه، ومات بمصر سنة (٣٤٠) (١).
