والمنسوب: أبو سعيد عمرو بن محمد بن منصور بن مخلّد العدل، الجنجروذي.الختن، وإنما قيل له الختن: لأنه كان ختن أبي بكر بن خزيمة، وكان من الأبدال، كثير السماع بخراسان، والعراق، والحجاز. من شيوخه: السري بن خزيمة، وغيره. من تلاميذه: أبو عليّ الحافظ، وتوفي في شوال سنة (٣٤٣) (١).
