والمنسوب: أبو أحمد حامد بن يوسف بن أحمد ابن الحسين التفليسي، سمع ببغداد وغيرها. من شيوخه: أبو عبد الله محمد بن علي بن أحمد البيهقي، وسمع منه بالبيت المقدس، وأبو الحسن علي بن إبراهيم العاقولي، سمع منه بمكة. من تلاميذه: علي بن محمد الساوي، قال الحافظ أبو القاسم: حدثنا عنه أبو القاسم بن السوسي، وخرج من دمشق سنة (٤٨٣) (٢).
