والمنسوب: عبد الله بن الحسن بن أيوب البيلي، الزاهد، الرازي. من شيوخه: سهل بن زنجلة، وغيره. ومن تلاميذه: أبو عمرو بن نجيد. وأحمد بن الحسن البيلي. من شيوخه: محمد بن حميد الرازي. ومن تلاميذه: أبو جعفر العقيلي. وأبو عبد الله محمد بن أحمد بن عمرويه الشاهدي، النيسابوري، البيلي، المعدّل. من شيوخه: عليّ بن الحسن الدارا بجردي، ومحمد بن عبد الوهاب، ومن تلاميذه: أبو أحمد بن الفضل، وهو صهر أبي الحسن بن سهلويه المزكّي، مات سنة (٣٣٠). وبيل أيضا: من قرى سرخس.
