والمنسوب: عمر بن محمد بن عبد الملك بن بنكي بن مذكور بن حفص البيراني. الفرخوز ديزجي، النّسفي، من أهل بيران، ورد بخارى وسكنها، وكان شيخا صالحا، عالما متميزا جميل الأمر. من شيوخه: أبو بكر محمد بن أحمد بن محمد البلدي، سمع منه بنسف، سمع منه أبو سعد، وحدث عنه ابنه أبو المظفّر بن أبي سعد، وكانت ولادته تقديرا في سنة (٤٩١) بقرية فرخوزديزه، وتوفي ببخارى في سنة (٥٦٥) (٢).
